It is both an honour and a privilege to extend my warm greetings to all of you as the President of the University of Jaffna Alumni Association UK (UoJAA UK). As former students of our beloved University, we share a common bond that transcends time and geography. Our alma mater holds a special place in our hearts, serving as the foundation upon which we have built our personal and professional lives.
The University of Jaffna not only provided us with academic knowledge but also shaped our values, character, and sense of community. As we reflect on our journeys, we recognize the significant impact that our experiences at the University have had in moulding us into who we are today. It is with this deep sense of gratitude that we continue to stay connected, support one another, and work together to contribute to the growth and development of our alma mater.
The UoJAA UK is a platform for alumni to connect, collaborate, and engage with the University in meaningful ways. Whether through professional development opportunities, community outreach, or supporting current students, we all have an important role to play. Our collective strength lies in our shared experiences, expertise, and commitment to making a positive difference.
